Edward Haaz

Edward J. Haaz is the President and founder of M.H. Consultants. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Board certified as a Diplomate in addictions and medical psychotherapy. He has held various positions in the mental health field, which have included drug and alcohol research, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric/substance abuse services, and a twenty-eight year private practice. An international speaker, Eddie frequently presents information on workplace behavior and wellness. He has been a credentialed Technical Advisor for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) for over fifteen years and a senior trainer for the Pennsylvania Department of Health (PADOH) for twenty-two years. In addition, Mr. Haaz has served as a board member for the Employee Assistance Society of North America for twelve years and is a Past President. Eddie also directs the wellness program for Crown, Cork & Seal, Inc., a company in 43 countries that employs 27,600 people.

Brendan Young

Brendan is the Director of Business Development for M.H. Consultants. He was born and raised in the Philadelphia region and graduated from St. Joseph's University with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. After graduation Brendan entered Americorps National Civilian Conservation Corps (*NCCC) and traveled the Mid-West United States doing volunteer service projects. After Americorps he worked in various capacities in business, technology and behavioral health. While working in the behavioral health field, he found his professional passion and decided to pursue a graduate degree in the field of behavioral health. Brendan attended Byrn Mawr College School of Social Work and Social Research and received his Master’s degree in Clinical Social Service and Social Service Management. After graduating, he continued to work as an Intensive Outpatient Program Counselor until he decided to work with MHC. Lynn Zeitenberg

Lynn is the Director of Operations and the Chief Financial Officer for M.H. Consultants. She has been in business administration for over 30 years and has held her position with MHC since 1984. Her background in private practice includes independent executive management and financial services for a wide variety of businesses with professional clientele in a variety of fields including: accounting, law, real estate, healthcare, and retail/wholesale business operators.
Aside from her MHC financial tasks, Lynn provides administrative orientation to network providers and their staff as well as administrative support to all MHC Staff. She is available for any of your needs concerning business operations, administrative issues and billing issues.

Debby Dichter

Debby is the Director of Case Management for M.H. Consultants since 1993. She has worked in the mental health and substance abuse fields in the Philadelphia area for over 30 years. She has held various positions as a clinician, supervisor, educator and administrator at inpatient and outpatient facilities, homecare programs, and community programs. Her goal is to assure that the Case Management Team provides the benefit holder and their eligible dependents user-friendly and individualized assistance in navigating your mental health & substance abuse benefit. Gary Nightingale

Gary is the Director of Provider Relations and Quality Assurance for M. H. Consultants. Gary has been with the MHC team since 1986. He is a local resident who was born and raised in Philadelphia and graduated from LaSalle and Villanova Universities with a Master’s degree in counseling. Gary has held various positions in the fields of community mental health, education and substance abuse treatment providing clinical and administrative services. Gary has been the Director of Provider Relations of MHC for 17 years. His duties include overseeing quality assurance of provider’s clinical services, coordinating services for Workers Compensation/Auto Cases, maintaining and developing the PPO network and assisting the clinical staff with issues concerning network providers. Morghan Pratt

Morghan is a clinical Case Manager at M.H. Consultants. She received a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Shippensburg University. Prior to graduating she began working in the mental health field at a local group home. This experience sparked Morghan’s interest in the field and led to her decision to further her education. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy at La Salle University. Morghan has held many positions in the field, including those in inpatient and outpatient settings, community centers and as a Therapeutic Support Staff for local school districts. Her role at MHC is to assist members and their eligible dependents connect with mental health or substance abuse services that meet their needs. This may include a referral to a network provider or facility, or providing information regarding community programs and resources in your area. Jill Magnin

Jill is the Executive Administrative Assistant at M.H. Consultants. Her background includes providing customer service in the retail and wholesale industry. Jill provides administrative services to the staff of MHC. Her duties also include assisting network providers with the orientation of reporting, billing procedures and patient issues. Jill also provides support with procedural and billing issues for non-network providers and their staff.
